A move from Luka Modric to Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia is said to be more likely next summer than another contract extension at Real Madrid. That reports Foot Mercato.
Real could offer the 37-year-old Croatian a contract until 2024, but should the midfielder push for a departure, according to the report, there would be no obstacles in Madrid.
Modric advisor Marko Naletilic is said to have good contacts with Al-Nassr and the local sports director Goran Vucevic, so a transfer to Saudi Arabia should be the most likely option.
The Croatian moved from Tottenham to Madrid in 2012 for 35 million euros and celebrated five Champions League titles with the club.
Modric has made 34 appearances for Real in all competitions this season, in which he has five goals and six assists.
