The next Formula 1 race will take place in Monaco this weekend. The first free practice sessions are taking place today. We will show you how you can follow them live on TV and live stream.
After the cancellation of the Imola Grand Prix in Italy, Formula 1 is finally starting up again. The sixth race weekend of the season will not open in Imola this Friday, May 26th, but in the principality of Monaco. Two free practice sessions are on the schedule, the first of which starts at 1.30 p.m. German time, followed by the legendary Circuit de Monaco at 5 p.m.
Tomorrow the engines will start again at 12.30 p.m. to complete the third free practice session before qualifying begins at 4 p.m. Points will then be fought for on Sunday (May 28) at 3 p.m. during the race.

Formula 1, broadcast live: Free practice sessions at the Monaco GP on TV and live stream
New race weekend, same transmission situation – at least in Germany. sky owns the exclusive rights to Formula 1 in Germany and therefore offers both free practice sessions live and in full. The transmitters are used for this Sky Sport F1 HD and Sky Sport top event. The broadcast of the first free practice starts at 1:15 p.m., commentator Sascha Roos and the expert duo Ralf Schumacher and Timo Glock will guide you through the event again this time.
At 4.45 p.m., when the pay TV station reports back for the 2nd free practice session, the same personnel can be heard and seen again.
